Philodesign Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Engagement Lead with expertise in Medicare Advantage Stars to lead analytics engagements for healthcare payer clients. This role involves driving analytics initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with healthcare data governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars analytics engagements
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead and trusted advisor
- Provide expertise on MA Stars measure sets, cutpoints, and contract-level performance
- Drive analytics initiatives using payer data pipelines and healthcare datasets
- Build, validate, and optimize analytics solutions using Snowflake and dbt
- Utilize AI-assisted analytics workflows to improve insights and delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, data, business, and client stakeholders
- Ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance and healthcare data governance
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to executive leadership and clients
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
- Strong experience as an MA Stars Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a payer or health plan environment
- Deep understanding of: MA Stars measure sets, Cutpoints, Payer data pipelines, Contract-level performance analytics
- Hands-on experience with: Snowflake, dbt, AI-assisted analytics workflows
- Experience handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Knowledge of HL7 ADT message formats
- Recent experience in the healthcare data domain
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Databricks or PySpark
- FHIR
- AWS Cloud
- Healthcare quality analytics experience
