Skills
- Minimum 5 years of health systems experience
- Proven customer success, account management, or project management skills
- Ability to build relationships across organizational levels
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong project management background
- Experience with AI or healthcare technology adoption
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
