Position Overview

- Information Gathering: Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the interaction.
- Needs Assessment: Assess and fulfill customer needs by actively listening to their concerns, asking clarifying questions, and providing tailored solutions that address their specific situations.
- Customer Education: Educate customers regarding their healthcare benefits, explaining complex terms and procedures in easy-to-understand language while ensuring they feel confident in their coverage.
- Multi-System Navigation: Utilize and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while accessing customer accounts, policy information, and resolution tools.
- Attendance Reliability: Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, understanding that reliability is essential in providing consistent service to our clients' members.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues following one-call resolution guidelines, working diligently to address concerns during the initial contact or properly escalating complex matters through established processes.
- Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed both arenaflex and client performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, first-call resolution rates, and quality assurance standards.

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Home Office Setup: A dedicated, quiet, and professional area to work from in your home, free from distractions and background noise that could interfere with customer interactions.
- Internet Connectivity: Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds. Please note that wireless access is not permitted – a wired Ethernet connection is required for optimal performance.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, with a genuine desire to help others and resolve their concerns.
