**Job Responsibilities:**

* Performing account maintenance on our arenaflex Business Credit extension and various Business Plan products
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences, answering questions and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured environment
* Handling an average of 80-100 calls per day, navigating multiple customer service platforms
* Embodying our company values, ensuring professional treatment of customer requests and adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Education: Bachelor's degree
* Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and delivering exceptional results
* Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and proficiency in navigating multiple customer service platforms
