- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage client expectations
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a commitment to building long-term client relationships
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort using CRM or support software, and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly in a remote environment
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion when working with sensitive financial and personal information
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is beneficial; relevant certifications or training are a plus
