**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

* Windows 10 or 11 ONLY with at least 8GB RAM (4GB Useable)

* Windows Defender antivirus and Firewall must be turned On
* United States based High-Speed Internet Only– Cloud Based Internet are NOT Acceptable
* Wired connection to router/modem is REQUIRED (wifi is not permitted)
* 10+ Mbps download speed and 3+ Mbps upload speed are the minimum speeds accepted
* Mobile Hotspots (T-Mobile, Verizon), Satellite, and VPNs are NOT permitted
* ISP must be STABLE and located within the USA and its territories

**Telephone Requirement**
* Phone Verification Requirement: While the actual phone calls do not utilize your device, it is essential to have phone access for a "PIN call" to complete necessary verifications
* Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Users outside our corporate network, including Microsoft Teams, are obligated to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which involves phone verification
* Preferred Cell Phone: Although a cell phone is preferred, a landline number is also acceptable for fulfilling the verification and authentication requirements
