About the Role

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary mission will be to deliver thoughtful, accurate, and timely support across phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, ranging from product information requests to account changes, troubleshooting, billing questions, and general service needs.
