The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure quality hires in a dynamic and impactful role.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for high-volume and specialized roles in Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care, and Healthcare operations
- Collaborate with department leaders and hiring managers to define position requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct resume screening, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments with a focus on both skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather and provide candidate feedback, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to leadership
- Proactively adapt strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care Center, and/or Healthcare environments
- Deep understanding of industry-specific roles, terminology, and candidate profiles
- Demonstrated success recruiting in high-volume and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Paycor, Paychex) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a focus on active listening
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches, maintain strong attention to detail and possess exceptional time management abilities
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
