[Remote] Content Management System Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apexsync Technologies is seeking a Lead for their AEP project. The role involves hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and data integration, particularly with a focus on healthcare-related data management.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience with:
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Hands-on expertise in:
• XDM schema design (field groups, datatypes, identity namespaces)
• Profile enablement, segmentation, and identity stitching
• AEP APIs
• Proven experience:
• Executing CDP POCs (segmentation, identity, ingestion validation)
• Evaluating impact of CDP changes on AJO journeys and CJA reporting
• Strong data integration experience:
• Snowflake → AEP ingestion
• Data mapping and transformation
• Working knowledge of:
• Dbt pipelines (snapshots, incremental loads, transformations)
• RBAC / ABAC governance and multi-LOB data separation strategies
• Sandbox strategy, schema migration, and environment promotion
• Ability to:
• Translate business requirements into scalable AEP architecture
• Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end data flow (CDP → AJO → CJA)

Skills

• Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end data flow (CDP → AJO → CJA)
• Experience with GitHub, and CI/CD deployment practices
• Domain experience: Healthcare (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum cross-functional teams
