Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Command Financial is seeking a Content Management Contract Attorney to support their content management business. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and maintaining contract documents while advising the CAPS Operations Group on contract terms and SEC developments.
Responsibilities
- Independent contributor role focused on drafting, negotiating, and maintaining contract documents for Command’s content management business which offers its proprietary content management system, “CAPS,” to investment company and other financial industry customers
- Reporting to the President, the Contract Attorney serves as a member of the CAPS Operations Group advising the group on existing contract terms and requirements, and consulting with the group to create new or modified contracts and related documents, sales proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposal and CAPS audit inquiries
- Work includes document creation and management from internal and external discussion-based agreements and negotiation with third-party customers, through execution and retention of final documents
- Role is primary contract contact for third party customers
- Must remain current on relevant SEC developments and advise team members on possible impact to the CAPS product
