LHH is a leading global technology company seeking an experienced Content Coordinator to support their digital content strategy and customer experiences. The role involves curating and optimizing digital content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to enhance content effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Curate, manage, and optimize digital content across multiple platforms using CMS tools
- Review content quality, relevance, and overall customer experience to ensure engaging, high-quality experiences
- Analyze content performance, customer engagement metrics, and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support content strategy, experimentation, and testing initiatives
- Present insights, recommendations, and performance findings to key stakeholders
- Apply visual design principles and user-centered thinking to improve content effectiveness
- Help drive continuous improvements through data analysis, creative problem-solving, and strategic content recommendations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content curation, design research, product strategy, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience using CMS platforms to curate, manage, and publish digital content
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting tools
- Understanding of visual design principles, layout, composition, and user-centered design best practices
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while balancing data-driven insights with creative judgment
- Experience with A/B testing, content performance analysis, AI-powered content, or personalization tools is a plus
