Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JuvoMOS is hiring a Channel Partner Manager to build and activate their U.S. channel program across various partners. The role involves managing the partner pipeline, qualifying leads, and supporting partner onboarding and activation.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Juvo’s U.S. partner pipeline
- Qualify leads from trade shows, referrals, outbound prospecting, inbound interest, and existing partner relationships
- Reactivate and assess current partner opportunities
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training, certification, and activation milestones
- Help convert partner interest into real merchant opportunities and producing partners
- Support nationwide trade shows and partner events as part of the channel growth motion
Skills
- Experience in merchant services, ISO/agent networks, POS reseller channels, restaurant technology, or SaaS channel development
- Ability to qualify partners beyond surface-level interest: portfolio size, processor relationship, sales motion, support capability, merchant fit, and activation potential
- Strong understanding of partner pipeline management, CRM discipline, follow-up cadence, and documented next steps
- Ability to speak credibly with ISOs, agents, VARs, POS dealers, and restaurant technology resellers
- Comfort discussing partner models, deployment paths, hardware options, and support responsibilities without overpromising terms or pricing
- 5+ years of experience in merchant services, ISO/agent networks, POS reseller channels, restaurant technology, or SaaS channel development
- Prior experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, Business Development Manager, ISO Relationship Manager, POS Channel Manager, Reseller Manager, or similar role
- Execution-first: you know the difference between 'interested leads' and producing partners
- Direct, organized, and disciplined with follow-up
- Comfortable in a lean, founder-led company where speed, clarity, and ownership matter
- Strong judgment: you can identify real partners, weak fits, and risky requests early
- Clear communicator
- Miami / South Florida preferred; remote may be considered for strong payments, ISO, POS, or reseller-channel candidates
