They are seeking a Change Analyst within Revenue Operations to manage the people side of change for key initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption of system updates and process changes.
Responsibilities
- Drive awareness and understanding for change management across Team Kinetic and ROPS
- Align change management strategies with projects
- Lead "Teammate Readiness" calls and workshops to prepare teammates and leaders for upcoming milestones
- Analyze engagement survey responses and feedback to identify themes, resistance, or areas where teammates need more support
- Advise leadership on rollout timing to minimize teammate disruption
- Create and distribute targeted email communications for various phases of project rollouts (e.g., pilot, general release, system updates/patches)
- Facilitate the review of communication content with leadership and stakeholders to ensure accuracy before distribution
- Customize messaging for different audiences, such as leadership pre-reads versus pilot user instructions
- Create "feature highlight" emails to educate frontline staff on new system automations and capabilities
- Create and maintain workspaces to house change and project materials
- Organize and lead meetings for "Change Champions" to support peer-to-peer adoption
- Work closely with Stakeholders, Product/IT leaders, and Project teams to drive forward change and long term adoption success
- Facilitate status meetings, post-deployment feedback sessions, and readiness workshops
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret survey data and feedback to adjust change strategies
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and timelines
- Experience collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals
- Highly motivated, agile teammate who drives forward initiatives in a fast paced, fluid environment
- 4 year degree in Communication or related degree
- Prosci Change Management certification
- Background in project management
- Background in revenue operations
