They are seeking a highly organized, proactive and resourceful Business Operations & Executive Coordinator to support firm leadership and manage various operational tasks including Salesforce administration, marketing support, and event management.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel and meeting logistics
- Prepare executives for client meetings, conferences and speaking engagements
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Coordinate board, leadership and client meetings
- Serve as primary Salesforce administrator
- Maintain CRM data integrity, reports and dashboards
- Improve workflows and automate administrative processes
- Support technology implementations and cross-functional projects
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars and client communications
- Coordinate marketing calendars and project timelines
- Assist with email marketing, website updates and social media scheduling
- Coordinate vendors and creative partners
- Coordinate conferences, client events, executive dinners and off-sites
- Manage registrations, travel, venues, catering and attendee communications
- Support event budgets, timelines and vendors
- Assist with onboarding and internal team events
Skills
- 5+ years in executive support, operations, project coordination or similar
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills
- Outstanding organization, communication and project management
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce certification
- Experience with AI productivity tools
