The Associate Benefits Operations Analyst will manage the implementation of small group employee benefit plans and support the migration project, serving as a key contact for customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of small group employee benefit plans
- Support all phases of the Dearborn-to-Symetra migration project
- Coordinate implementation activities with Underwriting, Contracts, Billing, Claims, Compliance, IT, and Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor implementation timelines and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Research, resolve, and escalate implementation issues as appropriate
- Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate eligibility file setup and testing with customers and IT partners
- Prepare onboarding materials, implementation documentation, and customer communications
- Maintain implementation records, provide project status updates, and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer implementation materials, onboarding documentation, regular project status, updates to leadership and educational resources
