They are seeking an Account Executive to master the creator economy, work closely with brands, and develop a self-sourced pipeline while fostering community-driven commerce.
Responsibilities
- Master the everyday creator economy and speak about our marketplace with confidence to build trust with potential partners
- Work closely with brands to align their goals and objectives with our campaigns and community
- Highlight the three core values of our platform, focusing on benefits rather than technical features
- Develop and nurture a robust self-sourced pipeline
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure smooth and successful handoffs and knowledge transfers for customers
- Make professional development a priority by staying informed through reading, podcasts, and learning from your team
- Leverage AI in your day-to-day to work smarter, not harder—and proactively look for ways to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and stay one step ahead
- Compete collaboratively – we value healthy competition and look for reps who want to win by being their best, not by seeing others lose
Skills
- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth SaaS startup (Seed–Series A), ideally where reps are expected to close full-cycle deals with an average sales cycle < 30 days
- Proven success in high-volume SMB sales —must be comfortable running point across a full pipeline of short-to-mid cycle deals
- You're a natural storyteller who can build trust quickly, connect brand goals to real-world solutions, and speak in buyer language, not just product jargon
- You lead with curiosity and confidence while balancing thoughtfulness with urgency. You show buyers that you understand the retail and CPG world
- You have a track record of personal and professional excellence—and thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments where ambiguity is the norm and proactive reps rise to the top
- You're structured, self-managed, and excellent at owning your pipeline from first touch to close
- You actively explore how tools like AI can streamline your workflow, improve personalization, and help you operate at a higher level
