Position Overview

Properstar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent Contractor for the role of Regional Sales Lead – France.

 

In addition to France, in this role, you will also oversee sales and sales operations in Belgium, Monaco and Luxembourg.

This role is focused on business development, promoting Properstar’s real estate advertising services, and driving new client acquisition and team success. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, real estate, or digital marketing and is eager to leverage their network to grow their team’s revenue.

 

This is a sales leadership role, and the candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales growth in their region, providing training, direction, and support to a team grouped into Squads.

 

In addition to business development responsibilities, the Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for reporting on sales activity and performance, conducting regular 1:1 meetings with team members, and participating in weekly 1:1 calls with their Reporting Manager. The candidate must be able to critically analyze performance metrics, identify trends and challenges, and develop actionable strategies and coaching plans for their team to improve results.

 

The Regional Sales Lead will also participate in Sales Operations and Management calls, bringing insight from their team’s activities on the ground and collaborating on strategies to improve regional and global performance.

 

The ideal candidate will also have experience in sales revenue forecasting and budgeting, and be comfortable working with leadership to project sales targets, track progress toward goals, and develop realistic business plans for their region.

 

Core Responsibilities

  1. Work with your manager to build partnerships that bring in new listings and sales opportunities with agents and offices.
  2. Achieve your annual sales target for your region as presented in Properstar’s annual sales forecast.
  3. Hire, coach, and guide your sales team within their assigned squads.
  4. Increase monthly recurring revenue in your region through your team’s sales efforts.



Additional Tasks and Responsibilities

 

Compensation Structure

 

Bonuses for both personally conducted sales and the sales completed by the regional teams will be paid out to the Regional Sales Lead one month after the sales were registered. Payment of bonuses shall only be due if the Client has paid for their subscription.
