This is a remote position. Job Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) to support real estate agents and teams with administrative, operational, and listing-related tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with U.S. real estate processes, CRM systems, and transaction workflows. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as many clients rely on experienced VAs who can quickly adapt to their systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Listing Management Prepare and manage listing documents and listing packets. Upload and update property listings in MLS. Upload photos, property details, and disclosures. Update listing status such as Active, Pending, and Sold. Coordinate with photographers, staging companies, and open house schedules. CRM and Database Management Maintain and update CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Podio, and other platforms. Track leads, follow-ups, and client communications. Organize and update property and client records. Manage pipelines and monitor lead tracking. Administrative Support Manage agent calendars and appointments. Organize emails and maintain accurate records. Prepare reports and maintain documentation. Track important deadlines and assigned tasks. Marketing Support Create listing and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools. Post listings on real estate platforms such as Zillow and Realtor.com. Assist with social media posting and email marketing campaigns. Transaction Support Assist with document preparation and organization. Send documents through DocuSign, Dotloop, or Skyslope. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and agents. Track contract deadlines and ensure compliance requirements are met. Requirements Requirements: 1-2+ years of experience in supporting US Real estate clients Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and resourceful. Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
