About this Role
Support the systems, communication, and regulatory processes that help ensure exceptional care across home health, hospice, and physician services. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll serve as a key resource within the Quality Assurance department, helping maintain compliance, streamline operations, and provide meaningful insights that support continuous improvement throughout the organization. Through coordination, reporting, and collaboration, you'll help ensure quality initiatives are effectively implemented and regulatory standards are consistently maintained.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about healthcare quality and regulatory excellence. You'll support auditing and documentation processes, prepare reports and performance data, coordinate department communication, and help ensure organizational practices align with Medicare, Medicaid, accreditation, and other regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Director of Quality Assurance and leaders across the organization, you'll contribute to quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and process enhancements. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence will directly support compliance, operational effectiveness, and the continued delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is a remote opportunity for those living in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana

Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in a health care setting
Essential Skills and Competencies
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with staff, patients, and caregivers
Knowledge of medical terminology
Able to demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to develop new critical thinking skills
Ability to operate computer equipment, FAX, and photocopy machines necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in the workplace
Pay Range
$60,000—$70,000 USD
