Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of Software QA experience
• Strong experience with Manual and Automation Testing
• Experience with BrowserStack Low Code Automation, Selenium, or Playwright
• Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman
• Strong SQL/Azure SQL data validation experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps and FreshService
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC
• Experience with Python scripting
• Experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools preferred
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using BrowserStack Low Code Automation.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Azure DevOps and FreshService.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate backend services.
• Execute SQL queries to verify application data and database integrity.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile testing across web, iOS, and Android.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to validate new features and bug fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and release activities.
• Support production deployments and ensure software quality before release.
