The Private Wealth Management Partner is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving business development, and achieving sales and practice excellence goals in collaboration with Senior Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM
- Partnering with Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies
- Achieving sales, revenue and practice excellence goals alongside Senior Advisor
- Honing technical aspects of a given product specialty area and developing superior client facing skills needed to become an Advisor
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Up to three years of related experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Proven track record of sales support
- Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client facing skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
