Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Quality Project Manager to join our team specializing in problem solving/8D/SRCA, product development, or current product experience for our location in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will lead cross-functional quality and improvement initiatives from concept through execution, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to address complex product, process, and customer-related issues. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define project scope, establish measurable objectives, and deliver sustainable solutions that improve quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical quality expertise and project management capability, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources while driving results. You will leverage data analysis, visualization, and communication tools to clearly articulate problems, root causes, and solution pathways, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. This role also emphasizes continuous improvement leadership—documenting lessons learned, sharing best practices, and coaching team members—to strengthen organizational quality standards and support both new product development and ongoing product improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

  • Business Insight: Apply a strong understanding of organizational goals, the business environment, and stakeholder needs to make informed decisions that advance strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and confidently deliver messages across multiple formats, tailoring communication style and content to meet the needs of diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Project and Risk Management: Plan, execute, and control projects by balancing scope, schedule, resources, and risk, using structured tools and disciplines to proactively identify issues and drive positive outcomes.
  • Data Communication and Visualization: Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling that support problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Builds Effective Teams and Drives Results: Foster collaboration, engagement, and accountability within teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to consistently deliver results—even in complex or high-pressure environments.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelors degree or experience equivalent is required. Quality Green Belt certified or equivalent.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience required. Project or team leadership experience preferred. 

Qualifications

  • Need experience in problem solving/ 8D/SRCA, product development or current product experience
  • Must be able to travel to the USA
  • Master degree prefered

Ontario Pay Transparency Act

· The annual salary for this position is $ 92000– $ 138000

· This role includes benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, pension plan) starting on your first day. It does include variable compensation of 8%

· This posting is for a 1 backfill.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
