Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Project Manager, EPMO to our team.

The Project Manager, EPMO will perform such functions as budget forecasting, resource plans, communication plans, project plans, business cases, and other project artifacts necessary to achieve success. The Project Manager then uses these tools to lead project team members across IT and business units to achieve all project goals within the given constraints of scope, time, and budget. When risks to these constraints arise, the Project Manager collaborates proactively with the business sponsor to request a project change which may include identification of risk management, solution alternatives, budget estimations, vendor contract modifications and/or other critical analysis to successfully realign the project components to achieve necessary outcomes. The Project Manager’s role is to report progress in comparison to plan to all necessary stakeholders regularly, analyze variances, provide visibility into potential and actual risks proactively, and identify action plans to manage variances as necessary. The Project Manager will constantly use Project Management tools to communicate to project teams throughout the project lifecycle; plan and schedule initiatives for roll-out consistent with strategic vision and goals; and evaluate project effectiveness on a retrospective, concurrent, and prospective basis.
