This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a driven and empathetic Course Enrollment Consultant to join our remote team. Your primary role will be to engage with prospective leads, understand their needs, and help them confidently enroll in the right RisenLead coaching programs.
This is not just a sales role—it’s about guiding transformation.
- Contact and follow up with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or Zoom
- Build rapport and identify the needs of potential clients
- Clearly communicate the value of RisenLead’s coaching programs
- Guide clients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain records and manage prospects using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams to optimize the enrollment process
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in course sales, inside sales, counseling, or telecalling
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Confident, warm, and persuasive on the phone or video calls
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
- Passionate about personal development, coaching, or education
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
