Responsibilities
- Perform a series of promotions, sales, and budget analytics
- Gather and reconcile data for monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals, including corresponding journal entries
- Maintain promotional setups, budgets, payments, and chargebacks
- Research improvement recommendations to assist the team
- Compile ad hoc reports and assist with various ad hoc projects
Skills
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in corporate business administration
- Intermediate analytical skills to analyze data, discover variances and reconcile differences
- Intermediate Technical Skills in MS Office, notably in Excel to create Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and If-Statements
- Intermediate Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills to meet project and monthly goals
