Position: Program Analyst

Overview: ITC is seeking a Journeyman Program Analyst to provide essential coordination, documentation management, stakeholder engagement, and execution support for AUKUS related activities. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of professional experience, a strong background in complex program environments, and preferred experience with contracting or defense programs. This role supports day-to-day program operations, ensures continuity and clarity across multiple workstreams, and enables leadership to focus on strategic direction.

In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, ITC Defense provides a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.


This is a remote position; however, it may have location-based eligibility requirements based on where the company is currently authorized to employ.
