Product Cybersecurity Cross-product Team Lead

The RTX Product Cybersecurity Center (PCsC) is a leader in securing products, ensuring resilience and trust in every RTX product. We empower a cyber-aware culture, integrating security solutions to protect our customers, partners, and critical product systems from evolving threats. Through collaboration, innovation, and proactive risk management, we safeguard the future of defense, aerospace, and advanced technologies in an increasingly connected world.  The PCsC Services and Training Team offers a variety of services and training to programs in all Business Units, spanning all stages of the product lifecycle.  Our mission is to provide services, enablers, training and expertise to RTX Business Units for securely designing, building and assessing the cybersecurity of products.

The PCsC Services and Training Team is comprised of two smaller teams. The Secure Development team provides program consultation and training to enable RTX to build secure products by focusing on Agile/DevSecOps methodologies.  The Cyber Assessments team works to proactively reduce the cybersecurity risks of our products and services through program consultation and training.

There is an exciting opportunity for a Training Cross-Product Team Lead (CPTL) reporting to the Services and Training director. The engineer will support the Services and Training Team director, and team leads in planning, designing, executing, and quality control of training courses. In addition to the CPTL responsibilities, the CPTL will have the opportunity to engage in training development and delivery or service delivery to support the PCsC mission.

This is a full-time remote position.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
