The Product Analyst has the responsibility of translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities while supporting Agile execution and cross-functional collaboration..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
Support backlog management by organizing priorities, identifying dependencies, and helping maintain delivery readiness
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations, and business teams to clarify requirements and reduce delivery friction
Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, blockers, and action items across teams and stakeholders
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master, product support or project coordination
Must have experience with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
Ability to write user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Experience coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items across teams
Ability to communicate requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience using Agile or collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms
