We supply the client leads, you set your own schedule. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in swim instruction, coaching, or water safety.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to accepting clients).
- Reliable transportation.
- Personal swim instruction equipment (kickboards, toys, etc.).
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
- A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
- Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
- Must clear a criminal background check.
