You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and play a hands-on role in executing and optimizing high-volume paid acquisition channels.
This is a fast-paced learning environment where youll execute the end-to-end user acquisition process — from campaign setup and creative iteration to data analysis and reporting. Youll have real autonomy in daily execution, paired with continuous feedback from senior growth leaders to accelerate your development.
Your ideas, curiosity, and analytical input will actively shape how channels scale.
Assist in the daily management of core paid acquisition channels and DSPs (e.g. adult traffic networks, Meta, etc.)
Support the creation of scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring correct tracking implementation and data collection
Actively participate in the testing loop by preparing new ad concepts, organizing creative assets, and setting up audience tests
Monitor campaign and funnel performance using core tools (e.g. GA4, tracking platforms, internal dashboards)
Quickly flag performance anomalies or key shifts
Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to support weekly and monthly reviews
Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards
Support the creative briefing process by translating performance data into clear asset recommendations
Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing page launches and testing cycles
Assist in documenting and implementing systems to improve creative testing speed and reduce fatigue
Build initial rapport with traffic source representatives, supporting senior team members in communication and reporting
Research and document new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools)
Stay up to date on platform rules, policy changes, and algorithm shifts
In this role, you will directly support ambitious growth objectives. You will:
Help scale budgets quickly while maintaining cost efficiency (CAC / ROAS)
Contribute to growing the user base from tens of millions toward the next major milestones
Support the launch of entirely new acquisition channels from the ground up
Improve funnel efficiency through A/B testing and conversion optimization
Act as the bridge between performance data and creative execution
Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
Familiarity with the structure of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
Comfortable working with data (Excel) and translating insights into action
Comfortable running campaigns on adult / NSFW networks
Understanding of key online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools (GA4, Voluum, or similar)
Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth, etc.)
Clear communication skills and fluency in English
Strong ownership mindset and accountability
Action-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to understand the why behind performance
Open to feedback and motivated to grow quickly
Work on a consumer AI product used at massive scale
