For one of our clients, we are looking for a Payroll Administrator. As a Payroll Administrator, you are a professional with specialized expertise in payroll processes. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the salaries of our clients’ employees are calculated accurately and that the corresponding payroll taxes and contributions are processed correctly.

Requirements

What will you be doing
This role includes collecting, processing, checking, and archiving client information, processing changes such as adjustments in salaries and personal data, and tracking changes in taxes and legislation related to payroll administration. The goal is to ensure that salaries are prepared and paid out on time to our valued clients.
In addition, you understand how legislation and regulations impact payroll tax, social security, and labor law obligations for our clients. As these laws and regulations regularly change, staying up to date is essential. Overall, this is a role where an affinity with numbers, along with a strong analytical, independent, and detail-oriented approach, is crucial.
