Part-Time Project Manager (Marketing Operations)

About the Role We’re looking for a part-time Project Manager in Marketing Operations to implement and oversee the go-to-market strategy for our SEO agency’s demand generation campaigns. This is an internal, non-client-facing position. You’ll manage a range of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, content projects, and partnership activations. This role combines hands-on project management with strategic execution, ensuring that every campaign contributes directly to lead generation and business growth. This is a remote position. All applicants must be available to work between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST (more overlap with 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST is even better, if possible!). Key Responsibilities • Develop project plans for go-to-market campaigns • Oversee logistics, promotion, and execution for digital and in-person events, ensuring they reach target audiences and meet engagement goals. • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, aligning projects with campaign priorities and deadlines. • Coordinate webinar production and follow-up processes (promotion, registration, lead tracking, post-event engagement). • Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team to schedule and publish materials such as articles, case studies, and landing pages. • Track and analyze performance data for ongoing campaigns, reporting insights and recommendations for optimization. • Manage email campaigns in Active Campaign and coordinate with the sales team to align messaging and timing. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI tools and marketing automation. Support cross-functional communication to keep all projects on time and within scope. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in project management or campaign coordination. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. • Familiarity with content marketing practices and campaign reporting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Active Campaign, Canva, or similar tools is a plus. • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics preferred. • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones. Job requirements • Project management experience • Basic marketing experience • Familiarity with content marketing best practices • Ability to understand and align content with the company’s content strategy and messaging • Ability to identify and capitalize on content promotion opportunities • Proficient in content calendar creation and management • Fluent English Note: This is NOT a writing role, and content will be produced by F&S staff. However, proofreading and revising the content is required. Spark points for: • BSc degree in Project Management, Marketing, or relevant field • Experience with email marketing campaigns, preferably using Active Campaign • Experience with Canva, Descript, or similar tools for editing visuals • Basic understanding of AI tools and the ability to identify ways to integrate them into workflows • Familiarity with SEO • Prior experience working with a marketing agency • Experience with editing or coordinating website content. This isn’t a writing role, but you will be working with writers.
