Who we're looking for
• 3+ years in visual / brand design, product or UX design, or creative operations at a product company, agency, or equivalent
• Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Sketch), visual design and brand systems, design systems and components, illustration, creative ops and asset management
• Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs
• Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step
• Drawn to long-horizon, challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks
Compensation
• $55–$95/hr depending on domain depth and prior experience. Strong contributors are promoted based on task quality and throughput.
