Paid Social Creative Specialist (REMOTE)

The Paid Social Creative Strategist owns the performance and direction of creative across paid social campaigns.

This role is responsible for translating data into clear creative strategy-defining what creative should be produced, why it will perform, and how it should be tested. You will proactively analyze performance, identify trends, and build structured creative testing roadmaps that drive measurable improvement.

Working closely with Paid Social Strategists, Creative teams, and Data teams, this role ensures that creative is not only executed effectively, but continuously optimized to improve business outcomes.

This is an ideal role for someone who is both analytical and strategic, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and a passion for creative testing.
