We�re looking for a driven, customer-focused Outbound Virtual Sales Representative who will take full ownership of their sales funnel. In this role, you won't just close; you will proactively engage leads, book your own tours, and deliver high-impact virtual presentations to close ownership opportunities.

Your Impact

  • Proactively contact and qualify leads to book and schedule your own virtual sales tours.

  • Deliver engaging, personalized virtual presentations to prospective buyers you have successfully prospected.

  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored vacation ownership solutions that fit their lifestyle.

  • Present product features, pricing, and financing options with the confidence to move a prospect from initial call to final signature.

  • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs for outbound activity, tour booking rates, and sales conversions.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, specifically within timeshare or vacation ownership.

  • A track record of converting raw leads into scheduled appointments and closed deals.

  • Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to build rapport over video and phone.

  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high-volume outbound activity independently.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting tools.

  • Exceptional resilience and the ability to handle objections throughout the entire sales cycle.
