Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote | Performance-Based | Growth Opportunity - Contract to Hire

We're hiring one motivated SDR for a performance-based role with real earning potential and a clear path to grow into a higher-level position. • *What You'll Be Doing:** - Work through a provided lead list and pipeline - Make outbound cold calls using a provided dialing line - Deliver a trained pitch and qualify prospects based on provided criteria - Book discovery appointments - Log all activity in the CRM (call outcomes, follow-up notes, prospect status, etc.) - Keep records organized and up to date after each session That's it. You don't close — we handle all sales calls once an appointment is booked and qualified. • *Compensation:** - 100% commission — 25% of each closed deal - Minimum payout: $250 per closed deal (based on minimum deal size) - OTE: ~$1,000/month based on KPI targets - Earnings are uncapped — the more you book, the more you earn • *KPI:** - 20+ booked, qualified appointments per month - To hit this target, we recommend a cadence of 100+ dials per day, Monday through Saturday • *Growth Opportunity:** Consistent top performers will have the opportunity to move into a training and/or closing role with higher earning potential. • *You're a Fit If You:** - Have cold calling or SDR experience (preferred but not required) - Are confident, persistent, and coachable - Can work independently and hit targets without being micromanaged - Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Communicate clearly in English Everything you need to hit the ground running will be provided: a lead list, dialing line, pitch script, qualification criteria, CRM access, and full training.
