Mid-Market Account Executive

Your Purpose

You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition at Forecastr, with a focus on building and closing your own pipeline.

This is a senior, high-ownership sales role. You will operate as your own growth engine by sourcing opportunities, building relationships, and closing high-quality customers.

You will be on the front lines of Forecastr, working directly with founders and operators to help them understand their numbers, improve cash flow, and grow their companies.
 

Your Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

You will be expected to be able to:
  • Communicate effectively with prospective customers via video, phone, email, and written channels to build trust and understand business needs.
  • Independently generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and professional networking.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations to evaluate fit and communicate value
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Consistently follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints over extended sales cycles.
  • Understand and discuss core financial concepts such as revenue, expenses and cash flow with business owners.
  • Manage schedule and workload to support multiple concurrent customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful customer onboarding and long-term retention.
  • Work toward achieving individual sales performance targets.

Compensation: $200k - $225k OTE + stock options
