<li>Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results </li>
<li>Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App </li>
<li>Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions </li>
<li>Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards </li>
<li>Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership </li>
<li>Facilitate workshops and team development sessions </li>
<li>Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives </li>
<li>Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — <strong>Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) </strong>— in every interaction </li>

<strong>What You Bring </strong><br><br>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization) </li>
<li>CPR/AED certified (required) </li>
<li>3+ years of personal training and leadership experience </li>
<li>Proven success in client results and team mentoring </li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills </li>
<li>Sales and field marketing experience preferred </li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license </li>
<li>A passion for helping people</li>
<li>Highly motivated</li>
<li>Organized </li>
<li>Continual learning is a must</li>
