Job Description:
• Edit short-form videos (Reels) using provided job site footage (via CapCut or Canva)
• Post 3–5 videos per week
• Post 2–3 static posts per week
• Maintain daily Instagram and Facebook Stories
• Respond to all inbound messages (Instagram, Facebook, website inquiries)
• Maintain a response time of under 12 hours
• Ask structured questions to determine budget, timeline, and scope
• Identify qualified vs. unqualified leads
• Forward only qualified leads to the business owner
• Enter 100% of leads into JobTread
• Update pipeline stages: New Lead Contacted Qualified Consultation Scheduled
• Schedule consultations for qualified leads
• Send confirmations and reminders
• Follow up on missed appointments
• Follow up with non-responsive leads
• Provide a weekly report including: Total leads received, Qualified leads, Consultations scheduled, Lead sources (Instagram, referrals, etc.)
Requirements:
• Strong experience in: Social media management
• Lead generation and qualification
• CRM management (preferably JobTread or similar)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow systems, scripts, and workflows
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
