What you will be doing:

The Managing Director, Clinical Integrity and Revenue Cycle will assist in building and overseeing the execution of strategies for the sales, relationship management, and delivery processes for Advisory Services. The Managing Director works collaboratively within the Advisory Services Leadership Team to deliver performance improvement to healthcare clients. This position will be primarily responsible for generating sales, managing the service-line, and overseeing teams performing billable work for clients. The role of Managing Director is to provide leadership by driving service-line results, managing client relationships, managing engagement resources, reviewing and approving client deliverables and solutions, overseeing implementation, managing risks and issues, managing project economics, and supporting and leading business development opportunities. This position has oversight for projects of all sizes and durations, which includes accountability for the quality of results, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Managing Director delivers consulting services while supervising, mentoring, and developing staff. The Managing Director serves as subject matter expert on projects as needed. This position is expected to lead sales and business development activities including sales calls, RFP responses, orals, statements of work preparation, etc. This position will collaborate with and develop strong client relationships across all levels of the client organization including clinical, physician, and administrative leadership. This position is expected to create and maintain relationships across business lines within Premier/PINC AI for the purposes of developing their service-line.

The Managing Director is required to participate and lead in Premier/PINC AI internal activities including service-line leadership, practice development, required and approved educational opportunities throughout the year and learning the various technologies Premier offers to its clients. Managing Directors are required to mentor and guide staff within their service-lines. Additionally, the Managing Director should:

Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.


 

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $205,000 - $380,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
