Manager, Technical Delivery - Remote 12 Month Contract

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure and Technical Delivery within the Technology department, the Technical Delivery Manager plays an integral role in driving the successful execution of our digital expansion and interoperability initiatives. This role acts as the primary owner of technical delivery outcomes, focusing on translating Product and Technical Roadmap priorities into executable technical plans, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring effective, high-quality delivery and solution implementation. 

A critical component of this position is the collaboration with Product Management and multiple cross-functional verticals (such as Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Project Management, Data Management, System Architecture, Solution Design & Development, and Security), to align technical delivery with the 3–5-year roadmap and to ensure that value is realized through timely, reliable, and scalable delivery of features and capabilities that support the company’s vision and meet both internal and external customer needs.

The salary range listed complies with the Ontario Employment Standards Act and reflects a potential base salary range for this role.  The actual salary offered will be determined within the range, and will depend on factors, such as the candidate’s unique qualifications, relevant experience, work location and expected contributions.
