The Manager, People Strategy & Effectiveness establishes and leads the People Business Partner (PBP) function within the People & Talent Team. This is a highly strategic role that partners closely with leaders, people managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into effective people strategies, programs, and outcomes.

This role serves as one of the primary people advisors to business leaders and people managers, ensuring organizational design, talent planning, and workforce effectiveness are aligned with current and future business needs. This role is responsible for building a high-performing PBP function that enables scale, drives accountability, and strengthens leadership capability across the organization.

Key areas of responsibility include performance management and effectiveness, employee relations and risk mitigation, change and transformation management, workforce planning, and growth enablement through leadership coaching and organizational design. This role also leads complex People & Talent initiatives, partners closely with PeopleOps, and Recruiting, and ensures a consistent, data-informed, and employee-centric approach to people decisions.
