Your key responsibilities will include: * Partnering with marketing to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive business results * Providing subject matter expertise on targeting and eligibility processes, including data used for targeting * Developing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and automation in campaign execution * Providing training and guidance to marketers on the list execution process * Troubleshooting and researching data anomalies and customer complaints * Identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from marketing **Preferred Qualifications** * Strategic and logical thinking * Understanding of marketing operations * Experience working with data and marketing platforms like Unica or Redpoint * Ability to be highly organized and meet deadlines * A "can do" attitude and creative problem-solving * Strong relationship and communication skills with consulting expertise * Process improvement mindset * Big data platform/programming a plus (Hive, PySpark SQL, etc.) **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our colleagues with the support they need to thrive, both personally and professionally.
