The Manager ACO Growth will drive membership growth for our Accountable Care Organization (ACO)solution.  This role will play a critical role in orchestrating and executing our ACO growth strategy in close collaboration with the growth, ACO, market enablement, and market leadership teams. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying priority markets, medical groups, and SNF operators for growth, building, managing, and communicating our ACO growth pipeline in partnership with the Longevity growth team, and working closely with prospective and existing partners to participate in our ACO model. This role is focused on building new and expanding existing strategic partnerships with SNF operators and Increasing penetration of ACO enrollment in our senior living communities.

Role is fully remote with up to 50% travel (mix of day & occasional overnight as needed)
