Sheppard Mullin, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Case Assistant/Law Clerk to support the Labor & Employment Practice Group in Century City. The Law Clerk will assist attorneys in all aspects of employment litigation, including managing data sets, preparing documents, and organizing materials necessary for litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Format, edit, and manage legal documents, including pleadings and discovery
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, court dates, filing deadlines, calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and related planning
- Must be available and able to work during core business hours
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends, as needed

- Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment

- A bachelor's degree or some college is preferred
