• A strong emphasis on quality over volume to reduce burnout

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

Associate-level clinicians (e.g., LAPC, LAMFT) are encouraged to apply. We provide free, high-quality supervision toward independent licensure.
Responsibilities
• Provide remote therapy via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
• Complete intake assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse clients
• Adapt clinical approach based on client needs, including outside your primary specialty
• Participate in optional peer consultation and case collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
• Clinical experience in at least one specialty area
• Willingness to work with a range of presenting concerns
• Prior telehealth experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Private, secure workspace and reliable internet
• Active professional liability insurance
• CAQH profile (or willingness to obtain)
What We Offer
• Flexible schedule — no required evenings or weekends
• Steady referrals and support building a full caseload
• Clinical autonomy with minimal administrative burden
• Opportunity to grow both within and beyond your specialty
• Free supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
• Optional peer consultation and professional development
• A supportive, non-hierarchical team environment
Compensation
This is a 1099 contractor position with compensation based on a percentage of collected session revenue. Clinicians can earn up to $70 per session, depending on caseload and availability. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
