What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Sales Professionals: You have a proven track record in LED lighting sales, utility rebate auditing, or a related field.
- A True Hunter: You thrive on prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals. You aren’t afraid to make 125+ calls per week to build a sales funnel and lock in new clients.
- High Achiever Mentality: You aim to exceed quotas and want to make $500K+ annually.
- Relationship Builder: You understand how to leverage our 2,000+ happy client references to establish trust and win new business.
- Rebate Expertise: Knowledge of utility rebate programs and energy-saving solutions is a major plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Consultative Sales: Educate clients on energy-saving LED solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Auditing Excellence: Conduct on-site and virtual audits using our state-of-the-art software.
- Build a Pipeline: Prospect, schedule appointments, and close deals in high-rebate utility areas across the U.S.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our installation and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Drive Results: Consistently exceed monthly quotas and grow your income.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of LED lighting sales experience.
- Strong understanding of utility rebate programs and energy audits.
