We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Programs Specialist to support and scale our global education initiatives. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery and administration of customer education, academic programs, and internal enablement efforts.

As a key member of the Education Services team, you will serve as the operational backbone for multiple learning programs and platforms, helping create seamless, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences for students, customers, and employees worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

Academic Program Support (SparkED)


Technical Enablement Operations


Learning Management & Content Administration


Customer Learning Platforms (Docebo LMS)


Internal Learning Platforms (Seismic / Galaxy)
