Role: HALO ITSM SME Location: Offshore / Remote – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida (in order of preferences ) Experience: 4–8 yrs in ITSM tools with hands-on experience in HaloITSM preferred. Roles & Responsibilities:
Support HALO instance setup and configuration
Configure ticketing, service desk workflows, SLAs, and automation rules
Set up service desk modules (Incident / Service Request)
Assist with basic integrations (email, AD, APIs)
Support service catalog, forms, and reports configuration
Required Skills
Experience with HaloITSM administration and configuration
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request)
Experience with workflow automation and business rules
