Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our Customer Experience team, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that directly impact our Card Members' journey through the arenaflex experience. Your daily contributions will include:
- Warm Welcome and Seamless Access: Greet all Card Members upon their arrival at the lounge with genuine warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. Ensure a smooth, welcoming check-in process that sets the tone for an exceptional experience from the very first moment.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Take complete accountability for each client's experience, serving as their dedicated point of contact throughout their visit. From arrival to departure, ensure every interaction is personalized, attentive, and memorable.
- Problem Resolution Excellence: Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness when addressing client concerns or special requests. Transform challenges into opportunities to wow our Card Members and build lasting brand loyalty.

- Premium Client Service Experience: A minimum of two years of continuous experience in a client-facing role serving high-net-worth individuals or premium customers. Experience in luxury hospitality, private banking, or exclusive membership environments is highly valued.
- Travel and Hospitality Background: Prior experience in airline operations, airport lounges, premium hotels, or the broader travel and tourism industry is strongly preferred. Familiarity with reservation systems and travel logistics is an asset.
